Catskill Brewery Presents: Pork of July Celebration — Two Days of BBQ, Brews & Live Music

Livingston Manor, NY — Celebrate Independence Day weekend with bold flavors, cold beer, and live music at Catskill Brewery’s Pork of July Celebration, happening Friday, July 4th and Saturday, July 5th in collaboration with the Catskill Food Truck.

This two-day feast of freedom features $25 pork plates stacked high with smoky, slow-roasted pork and served with classic summer sides — potato salad and steamed corn. Pair your plate with an ice-cold beer from the Catskill Brewery taproom, open all day with a full lineup of fan favorites.

Live music lineup:

• Friday, July 4 2025 @ 2PM – Wolfman Jack Primal Dead, a powerful Grateful Dead tribute bringing psychedelic jams and cosmic vibes. Learn more here.
  
• Saturday, July 5 2025 @ 2PM –  Bombzer Funk is an exciting and original funk-soul-jazz fusion group emerging from the NYC music scene/ Their signature sound combines tight arrangements reminiscent of Earth, Wind & Fire and Michael Brecker, offering catchy hooks, soulful improvisation, and invigorating rhythms.
