High Peaks Series: Table Mountain DIPA
Table Mountain DIPA from Catskill Brewery is inspired by Table Mountain, one of the most distinctive flat-topped peaks in the Catskill High Peaks near Hunter, New York. Like its namesake, this beer rises above the rest — bold, balanced, and full of flavor.
This 9.8% Double IPA is dry-hopped generously with Nelson Sauvin, Mackinac, and Citra hops, creating an intensely aromatic profile. It pours a hazy light orange with a thick, light tan head, releasing vibrant notes of piña colada, passion fruit, and a touch of piney resin. On the palate, it’s full-bodied and juicy, bursting with flavors of mango, pineapple, and lime pith, finishing smooth with a satisfying, balanced bitterness.
Table Mountain DIPA captures the wild, elevated spirit of the Catskills — brewed for those who climb higher.
