We’ve released an “Eric Oopsie” before with an unassuming name. It’s time he gets the credit he deserves. On this particular occasion, Eric, our Cellarman and human brewery mascot, was fully into his playlist and dry-hopped a fresh batch of Grasswagon with Ratface Macdougall hops. Then we turned up the volume with Pineapple Paradise Euphorics. The result: a mouth-watering hybrid of crushable hop juiciness.
