Fawn’s Leap Falls
Fawn’s Leap Falls is named after a popular run at Haines Falls in the central Catskill Mountains. The story of the naming is told two ways – a successful leap across or the demise of the young deer at the bottom of the falls. This fantastic sour is bright with flavors of juicy apricot and candied lime, has a medium acidity and finishes dry.
